      Pros

      Full of wonderful, friendly and incredibly talented individuals that are an absolute joy to collaborate with on a daily basis. Work on some really exciting projects, solving many fascinating technical problems, building some awesome game technology. Great culture and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Mismanaged by some real villains at the very top who ultimate do not value the rights of workers. When things get tough, they would rather cut costs than treat those who poured their hearts and their souls into their projects with basic human dignity and respect. Expect layoffs, cancelations, mistrust and general chaos from those at the very top. I would not be surprised if the entire company folded within a few years based on the current decisions being made, and I think it's a real shame.

      Pros

      Honestly, the only pros about working for this company, but the fact that you get a lunch.

      Cons

      Repressive management, idiotic coworkers, deplorable work practices, and so much sexual harassment that it feels like the #metoo movement was started expressly for this company. If you value worklife balance, human decency, or a respectable workplace, you should look much further.
