Weak management with NO training. Managers like to manage up just to be promoted but do not train their own team members.
Lack of training to Account Coordinators (AC). They will spend money on new sales rep who will come & go within 2 years.
Slow to response on processes & procedures as there are too many chiefs making decisions.
No room for growth.
Employee surveys are a waste of time. Your opinions or concerns will never be addressed.
