I have been working at Berry Bros. & Rudd full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Discount on wine, events and wine club, sometimes get free samples of wine to take home, can be good to network with people in the industry.

    Cons

Some lower management don't treat their staff that well. Pay seems to be lower than that of the industry. Communication between teams isn't very strong.

    Advice to Management

Take notice of lower management and the relationship their teams have with them.

I have been working at Berry Bros. & Rudd full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Small business, easy to get to know everyone to some degree. The employee benefits are good and the company works to take care of its employees.

    Cons

The company needs to become a bit better organized and operate more efficiently. Going in can be frustrating, as systems are old and people have been there a long time and may not know how the rest of the world works.
