Pros

They lure you with excellent pay so you make the switch, then get rid of you as fast as they hired you . I saw them hire and fire at least 10-15 employees.

Cons

No one cares about you doing a good job, most times it will go unnoticed.

Pros

I my co-workers where very nice and supportive

Cons

The company is in total disarray. They where a local small company but a German company wanting to sell baggage system in the USA has bought them to get there foot in the door here. The problem come from the Fact this company has bought a ton of other companies and had too manies iron in the fire. As to this the fact the Corp. is trying to micro manage everything and can't seem to get anything to together. They refuse to allow for new resource, they don't have corp policies posted or even developed. No one seems to know anything about what is going on. More then once I was told people didn't know answers to basic question and when they did give answer it wasn't uncommon to get the wrong answer. But the worse part is that they don't like anyone who does ask question, even if you need to, to get the job done. It like they just want it to magically all just work out.

Pros

Benefits are great. Great colleagues in the worker segment (not management). Excellent travel policy.

Cons

Transforming, terrible HR (PC), no transparency, communication is one way only, from field to office and nothing the other way. New CEO acting like he is directed to run Beumer America into the ground. Your job is subject to whatever the managers tell you it is on a daily basis. Priorities seem to be more leaning towards getting the system built than building it right. In the field, you just do the best you can with the lowest bidder, and you cannot enforce quality or sequences. Nobody has to listen to you, and nobody does. Your office will be on the floor with the workers surrounded by all the noise on the jobsite. You have no tools dedicated to you. Managers have their favorite people (even though there is no merit) and the managers do not have your back, no matter what circumstances you may find yourself in. Continuing inspections from everywhere (service, German colleagues, managers) trying to make the field team responsible for all issues with the build process while engineering holds no accountability.
