Large Company (sister concern of Linfox)... lots of opportunity

Cons

Unlucky if you end up with possibly the worst manager... doesn't matter how good the rest of the company is. Be very careful who you report to.

Team leader was a hard worker and fair to all employees. Work was good and colleagues were easy to get along with.

Cons

Warehouse manager and general manager were not fair. They would put the lazy workers on easy jobs so the hard workers keep working hard.

Get left to do the job no managers up my bum. You can take as long as you want they don’t care, they never ask questions, easy overtime.

Cons

Management is awful. They’ve clearly never been on the road before and don’t understand how delivering works and it makes them itshay at their own job. They also are not very switched on, no initiative they don’t think ahed or plan very well. Everyone has a “not my job mentality”
