The owner is nice but is too hands on in some ways and too hands off where it counts
Cons
No flexibility Terrible management Good luck if your sick here. You have to find your own replacement or show up. they have a zero tolerance policy. Management will talk badly about you behind your back. It's a dead end job. Great for a few months but it's honestly not worth your time. They don't have employees backs.
