      1. Good teamwork and support form colleagues. 2. Opportunity to learn mining operation and data system. 3.Safe working environment. 4. Exposure to new technologies. 5. Build a good bond within colleagues.

      1. Language barrier, especially when communicating with Chinese colleagues. 2. Need proper training and a clearer understanding of different operational systems. 3. Some technical issues can be challenging for new employees without prior experience. 4. Lack of proper uniform provided for new employees. 5.
