The overall culture can feel unsustainable over the long term. Expectations are often extremely high, while the structure, processes, and support required to meet those expectations DO NOT exists. Work-life balance is poor, and burnout can become a genuine concern. There is a strong emphasis on outcomes, but less focus on employee well-being, development, and retention. Communication around key decisions can at times lack transparency, leaving employees uncertain about priorities and expectations. Management lacks any maturity and are high on ego individuals to the extent that abussives and derogatory remarks are thrown across without any thought. Only focus on sales and noone talks about real issues with product, processes and people here.

Never came across such a scam company. All good reviews are forcefully asked to be posted. I am writing this so that no one spoils their life after coming here. The company is doomed; it is falling apart. People, customers — everyone is leaving left, right, and center. Zero planning. Zero growth. Poor management. Poor culture.
