With a company where customers want to leave, employee wants to leave and management don’t have a direction or intelligence, you can imagine where they are headed. Just so the reader knows, 99% of the positive reviews are forcefully taken from existing employees

The company heavily relies on patchwork solutions rather than building sustainable processes. I’m genuinely surprised by the number of overly positive reviews and wouldn’t be shocked if some were incentivized. There is a constant focus on extracting revenue through one channel or another, while internal systems and processes remain weak or nonexistent. Employee feedback often goes unheard, and the leadership team comes across as highly toxic. The founder, in particular, displays a strong sense of entitlement and an inflated ego. My advice: stay away and explore better opportunities elsewhere.
