      Pros

      I like the job and my immediate supervisor is great.

      Cons

      We do not get spring break like the rest of the school, but do get fall break. They do not give out raises or have conversations about raises with any ease. The HR is very reticent to have conversations about it.

      Excellent community of people, gorgeous campus, connectedness to local community, positive mission, abundant opportunity to bring value and purpose to surrounding localities.

      Cons

      Politics that come with IHE environments Workload-every employee wears a lot of hats, this sometimes muddles the mission and leads to overwhelm/burnout. Limited upward mobility in senior classified staff positions
