      Pros

      CEO is one of the best people I have the pleasure to work with. He knows when you take care of the people, the employees will take care of the business.

      Cons

      Some entitlement and egos at play but overall compared to other businesses in the industry is really not bad. Competitive salary in selected teams and potential to grow.
