Company Car + Fuel card Training provided, which you can then take to a higher paying company that value their staff more.
Cons
Training is poorly managed. Health and Safety measured arent followed, often single operatives doing heavy lifts on unbalanced machines. Current staff arent valued and company would rather lose staff than listen to negotiations. When worked out over time, wage comes in marginally over minimum wage.
