Pros

Working with my direct Senior Manager has been a fantastic experience. She is incredibly supportive, genuinely listens to my suggestions, and makes me feel like my feedback is valued. Having a leader who respects your insights makes a huge difference in the day-to-day workflow.

Cons

Because the company operates in a remote environment, they rely heavily on constant, invasive monitoring and surveillance software rather than trusting their employees. Even when you work with absolute dedication, any minor system anomaly or tracking shortfall makes you feel like an untrusted culprit rather than a valued professional. This environment binds the hands of great middle managers; even when my senior manager knows my work is complete and accurate, she is forced to uphold rigid corporate surveillance policies. Furthermore, this intense tracking has led to high turnover and frequent changes in management because people simply do not want to work under constant surveillance.

Pros

The software and systems worked fine.

Cons

• I could not disconnect at all because work emails kept coming in nights and weekends, and I was pressured to respond to everything. • Officially no one said to work past 5, but the culture made it clear that being unavailable was not acceptable. • I was never fully present with my family because I was always mentally stuck at work, constantly checking my phone. • I regularly worked 50 to 60 hours a week but was only paid for 40, and the imbalance was completely ignored. • There was no real separation between work and personal life, the job followed me everywhere. • I left because the nonstop expectation of availability completely drained me.

Strong support in onboarding, but client advisor role lacks care

Pros

If you can manage to be assigned to a good Manager, you’re supported and advocated for. Ive worked in both onboarding and as an ongoing client advisor Absolutely NO pros as a client advisor. In onboarding, the pro list was endless: I felt heard, and like my manager (now the VP of the company) truly cared. If you’re competent, honest, and willing to take constructive criticism with corrective action, he not only supported you, but challenged you in a way that made you feel proud of yourself and your growth. You knew what was expected of you, how to complete your tasks and the VP never hesitates to assist you with strategy and priorities needed to actually be successful in your position, if you’re lucky enough to report to him.

Cons

No cons for onboarding while I worked in the department. As a client advisor IMMEDIATE red flags. Client satisfaction didn’t matter, only your task output Your a work horse used in an assembly line They claim personal development is a priority, but you aren’t given the time to do it unless you want to work over 45 hours a week Manager seemed to outright refuse providing expectations and felt set up to fail right from the start NEVER trust the anonymous employee feedback forms Even if you follow appropriate steps through HR of any issues you’re experiencing with your manager, nothing ever comes of it and is more likely used against you.
