      the climbing community is a perk

      Cons

      management doesn't focus on upward mobility or growth, bad communication skills, micromanaging, lack of representation for BIPOC and queer individuals. Just don't waste your time. The community is amazing, just climb. Do not work here.

      Benefits that come with working at a climbing gym were really good. Pay was pretty good considering other gyms

      Cons

      Hours were very inconsistent. Over hired under houred.
