There are a lot of great people at Boundless.

Cons

Leadership is terrible, their system is terrible, they do not offer support, you have to go out and find it yourself and train the people you hire. Meetings are sparse and you feel alone on an island. The CEO illegally held my commission after I left to work for a new company.

fun people, really great culture before the company treaty oak purchased boundless and then it went all down hill from there.

Cons

Poor leadership. Don’t waste your time working at this company it’s a dumpster fire. toxic workplace. Full of negativity and frustration.
