They lure you in with their vacation days and “uncapped bonuses”. I was there not even a year when I made the decision to run far away and get out. I watch owners screw even “executives” out of commisions and pay on a regular basis. They find loop holes to CAP bonuses. Why would I want to grow and work my way up in a company that treats even their highest level employees so horribly. I heard from numerous people that it if I they took vacation time it would be frowned upon so I constantly feared requesting a day off to come back after and be treated unworthy. Bottom line, this is not a good company you want to invest your career in. There was a rumor that one exec was given a private jet and insane bonus for closing a huge deal there. Now I think to myself they must start rumors on purpose to give staff hope and motivation because I NEVER saw one person there be rewarded or receive an high or uncapped bonus. It was all part of the scam. You don’t want to work for this unethical company. Can’t believe they haven’t been sued yet to be honest.
