Pros
Everyone has been accommodating and I transitioned smoothly. The workplace community is different that any other. It has given me the opportunity to grow and explore outside my role and add to my skills. The company even assisted me with my resource needs.
Cons
It's remote work so there is challenges, however the company ensures to overcome it as they grow with future plans and growth possibilities.
