Pros

This company WAS a great place to work before the new owners took over.

Cons

No benefits. No vaccation. Very low pay (compared to similar jobs in the industry). Required to work weekends if your team if behind on work. The "manager" of production has no idea what he's doing, AT ALL and mistreats his employees while doing nothing himself all day. You will be yell at or verbally attacked by management at somepoint during your carreer here.

Pros

Fortunate to work under the only kind managers left in the company, and only ones who had been there before the company had sold.

Cons

There is very little room for growth and most of the "promotions" do not come with a pay increase unless you threaten to quit and when the increase is offered it is the bare minimum asked. Company was considerably better before it sold to new owners and brought in the abhorrent CEO. She doesnt have a single clue how to manage this company or how to treat the people who provide the product. She only values sales and disregards anyone else in the company.

Just another local seo company in Irvine. I worked for 4 of them and nothing special here.

Cons

Executives believe they know what they are doing. This is the worst team of managers I have seen of all the companies I worked with.
