Pros

Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

Cons

I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.

Pros

Awesome product, profitable company since day one, and huge growth curve. Very well positioned for IPO (~2023) limited VC$ as on Series B, with $4+B valuation. Did I mention profitable? So many companies at this level are taking and burning through money they aren't making. BStack is a different unicorn, able to weather downturns and keep driving innovation and growth.

Cons

Need to hire a lead marketing person and build out the marketing teams. The company was founded in India so at times have to deal with time zone issues.
