      Note: More of improvements than cons: - Continuous improvement of the system - Implementation of ideas for better work-life balance for employees

      Pros

      You'll think it's great but it's not. only pro - we're remote work.

      Cons

      - Favoritism - No care of employees especially during the pandemic - A LOT of backstabbing happens especially to those who leave. I've seen and heard it. - Lacks transparency - Many good people are taken for granted - They keep saying integrity is their core value but upper management doesn't follow it. - Long hours and they expect you to work long hours. - They will give you a lot of work and not think about time. - They contact you on holidays, breaks, and weekends. And expect you to reply. - No mentorship or guidance

      No mentorship at all. You are left on your own. Management take pride over work of the other lower ranks. They don't give where credit is due.
