    Pros

Treated well by superiors and everyone gets along. They take care to know your interests and try to put you in a project that aligns with them.

    Cons

Not much oppurtunity for upward mobility. It is not uncommon for employees to be there multiple years without a pay increase. Work is somewhat inconsistent.

I have been working at Butler America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The hours are very flexible. You are required to work core hours Monday-Friday (9 AM to 3 PM), but can work earlier or later if you desire.

    Cons

Often times you run out of work. I have found myself with nothing to do more times than not. When asked for more work, I'm often basically told to "keep busy." People also don't make you feel that welcome. My first day I was told to sit at a computer and do training modules, with no idea who to talk to for help.

    Advice to Management

Take time to properly train your employees.
