Pros
design and fabricate neat Product! Majority of jobs are custom which makes for an ok day for small parts production shop
Cons
Low Pay, Horrible learning environment, even more so for the attitude towards the work force for management if you are seen as an outsider. you can put in 65 hrs and it wouldn't be enough, you can do 10 more parts an hr if your not in your not in.
