None, the most toxic place you can work for. the management micro manage its staff like they are kids, they always tell you that you can loose your job at any time..
Cons
Counseling is never provided for employees who might be struggling, a career suicide environment, to have a degree or qualification means nothing, they will mistreat you because of your qualifications.
