    Positive Outlook

I worked at CCPRC part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great coworkers, raise after working one summer, chill atmosphere and a great boss.

    Cons

Super hot since outside, rude customers, and you have to wear your t-shirt tucked in.

    Advice to Management

Don't make tucking in the t-shirt a requirement. It's way too hot for that.

    Pros

Once you work here your job is secured for years to come. This is a family type business. Everyone is nice. Every year you get a $.25 raise

It is a seasonal job, if you are a student. Not much room for growth because higher level positions are taken.
