      Pros

      Decent benefit package. During the summer, Fridays the office closes at 12:30. Everyone is very bubbly in the beginning.

      Cons

      Promises are made, and often broken. Terrible communication. Cliques and favoritism. Issues are brought up and NOTHING is done. Terrible turnover that is blamed on the business. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated.
