Significant cultural shift and loss of experienced talent – growing culture of unquestioning agreement
Pros
No significant pros that outweighed the issues described below.
Cons
I agree with everything that has been mentioned in the recent reviews and would like to add some additional context. Over the last year, a number of employees have either resigned or been managed out, including several C-suite executives and long-tenured staff members. In conversations with two very senior individuals who left the company, both cited disagreements with internal decisions and a misalignment of values as key reasons for their departure. Looking at the current situation, it is clear why so many experienced people chose to leave. It is particularly disappointing to see individuals who dedicated 5, 10, or more years to the company ultimately feeling they had no option but to move on. The loss of so much institutional knowledge, dedication and experience should be a cause for concern. I would also highlight the turnover within the HR department. Many of the HR professionals who were previously trusted by employees have left, and the current team feels significantly less approachable. The culture has shifted toward a more traditional corporate HR model, where employee interests, wellbeing, and genuine support no longer appear to be a priority. While every company goes through periods of change, the level of turnover across multiple functions and seniority levels raises questions about leadership, culture, and the direction of the organization.
