I worked at CFI (Computerized Facility Integration) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flex time, standard benefits, work remotely

    Cons

Working with offshore teams after normal business hours, working weekends, no real work/life balance, underpaid for what you do compared to similar jobs, they hire anyone with buzzwords in the resume without too much of a technical background check

Keep your clients and employees happy
