Pros
None. Absolutely none. It was a horrible experience. Have worked in a few good companies and a few bad ones. This one took the cake for being horrible.
Cons
Everything. From the boss, who pretended to be an experienced guy but didn't have tact and was universally derided. He like one of the content writers and made her HR out of the blue. That girl picked up fights and cost the company a lot of good employees. Barely a team there. Also, the boss wanted people to do their work they had missed if someone was sick by completing it the next day, which was impossible, and moreover, illegal.
