      Pros

      I've had a great experience at CSC Generation so far. The onboarding process was smooth, and I felt supported from day one. I really enjoy working with my manager. They're approachable, supportive, and make a big difference in my day-to-day experience. The company is growing quickly, which makes it an exciting place to be. Pay is fair, remote work is a huge benefit, and the company provides plenty of tools, technology, and AI resources to help employees succeed. They also have various wellness and education training sessions scheduled regularly which is a great perk.

      Cons

      The company is fairly strict about hours and uses Insightful to track activity. I do understand the need for accountability in a remote environment. I think high-performing employees could be given a bit more flexibility and trust to manage their schedules, especially for things like appointments or short personal errands.

We work hard to ensure all our candidates have the same top-tier experience and are set up for success from day one. Regarding hours tracking, the company does use the Insightful tool as one productivity metric, but the focus is always on overall productivity (including ensuring any one employee doesn't have too much work on their plate). The tool is always meant to be used in collaboration between employee and manager, and we encourage all employees to openly discuss the use of the tool with their manager, using HR for support as needed.

      Pros

      Work alongside an experienced, knowledgeable team, which makes day-to-day collaboration smooth and productive. This team strength allows me to focus on strategic work — driving enhancements and improvements rather than getting bogged down in the weeds. Cross-functional partnerships across departments make collaboration genuinely meaningful, not just transactional. The company also embraces AI at the forefront of how work gets done, which frees up time for more purposeful, high-value work.

      Cons

      As with any organization, there are always opportunities to streamline processes further and continue improving alignment across teams. Periods of transition (new tools/systems) can create a short-term learning curve, though the long-term payoff is worth it.
