Pros

Genuinely flexible work-life balance, remote-friendly with reasonable hours. Strong push on AI and automation, you're encouraged to use cutting-edge tools, which keeps you at the forefront of the industry and sharpens skills that stay relevant. Smart, collaborative people who support each other cross-functionally. Competitive pay Fast-paced environment where decisions get made quickly, great if you like seeing your projects actually get implemented instead of stuck in approvals.

Cons

Like any remote role, it takes some effort to stay connected with the team.

Pros

Absolutely none. There is nothing positive I can honestly say about this company.

Cons

- This is an extremely poor environment for anyone dealing with a chronic illness, with no concern shown for employee wellbeing or limitations. - Management shows complete indifference toward employees and provides no meaningful support. - Technical standards are extremely weak, with no real focus on clean code, proper practices, or testing. - The codebase is disorganized and unstable, where fixing one issue often creates new failures. - Leadership is not technically involved and often replaces real problem solving with unnecessary meetings. - Decisions are rushed, unclear, and poorly communicated, creating constant confusion and instability. - Good ideas are frequently ignored or dismissed, leading to ongoing frustration. - The overall environment creates constant anxiety because nothing feels stable or under control. - There is very little effort to help employees improve or develop professionally. - Suggestions for better approaches are usually ignored, making speaking up feel pointless. - Most people are just trying to survive the workload rather than build anything meaningful. - Growth and learning opportunities are extremely limited and poorly supported. - Work is highly unorganized, with teams often operating in conflicting directions. - The same problems keep repeating because there is no effective coordination or resolution. - Pressure is constant, but there is no clear direction or structure behind it. - Even simple tasks often turn into major problems due to poor systems and setup. - Motivation declines quickly because nothing ever seems to improve. - Many employees eventually leave because the environment is not sustainable.

We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak to you to get more detailed feedback regarding your experience. It appears that you may have worked for one of our independent operating companies and not for CSC Generation since CSC Generation does not employ any sales associates. We also have no record of any CSC Generation employee making any such claims during their tenure. If such claims are made, they are promptly investigated and addressed as necessary per our policies. Therefore, we will need some additional information from you to investigate your claims. Please reach out to hrbenefits@cscshared.com to connect with us.

Pros

Uncapped commissions on top of a base salary.

Cons

- There is no reason to work hard or give everything you have. - Nobody appreciates or recognizes your effort no matter how much you sacrifice. - The benefits are pathetic. - Even with uncapped commission, the pay is still insultingly low.

We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak to you to get more detailed feedback regarding your experience. While it appears that you may have worked for one of our independent operating companies and not for CSC Generation (since CSC Generation does not employ any sales representatives or anyone in "B2B sales"), we certainly do not want anyone to have an employee experience that is contrary to the positive work experience we work hard to cultivate. Please email hrbenefits@cscshared.com and we’d be happy to speak with you.
