There is not work-loaded and gentle business environment, some might appreciate. great welfare.
Cons
Seniority and Hierarchy!!! There takes time to grow up/ to be promoted to higher level e.g. more than 5 years experience to be Leader and more than 15 years experience to be manager. With great welfare, it make people rarely leave the company.
