Great team, agents with lots of knowledge,

Cons

Management, hours, force to work after hours, constant schedule changes, no-zero work life balance...all about CWT. Employees are so stressed out but CWT does not care.

None, no consideration or care for their employees. Low pay, below average benefits, will go from mandatory overtime to cutting your hours in a heartbeat if it means a profit.

Cons

Currently systematically reducing Its presence in the US by laying off the bulk of its tenured work force and replacing them with staff from places like Prague and Costa Rica where they can reduce their payroll significantly.
