Pros

One of the largest, if not the largest dive company in the Gulf of Mexico. They possess the largest fleet and have potential.

Cons

Management is lost, no plan for the future. Diving work in general is very slow. The equipment and fleet is old and many oil companies want newer equipment that Cal Dive just does not possess.
