I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Caliber Offers great pay, benefits, career growth, training and an awesome environment to work.

Caliber doesn't make you just feel apart of the team, but it makes you feel as if you're truly in a family. Every time something has came up in life I always had Caliber there to help me through it.

    Cons

I personally cannot think of a Con.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've found such a great attitude here, and a genuine commitment to taking care of customers and teammates. They really mean it when they say their purpose is to restore the rhythm of peoples' lives. They don't skimp on the latest equipment and the training needed to use it correctly. I've opened 4 locations so far this year and every one started with every tool n the list. And those locations have provided 50 new jobs and lots of promotions.

It all comes down to culture. I've worked for virtually all of the major players and have not found anything like this. In fact, what I found was lofty talk and unkept promises.

I am trusting the rest of my career to them.

    Cons

I don't find anything I'd call a "con," but growing at our current rate means we have growing pains. Those companies that don't have growing pains aren't growing.

    Advice to Management

Be Courageous and keep having fun.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is the first company I have ever worked for, in over 40 years, that actually cares for each of it's teammates as human beings. The culture at Caliber is truly different. They actually want what is best for each person.

    Cons

I honestly have found zero cons to working here

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Consistent paycheck, that’s about it.

    Cons

    Looooooong hours
    Immature management(1616)
Empty promises with regard to pay
    Poor quality of repairs
    Bad part of town
Very little room for advancement despite their growth
Getting in and out of customers dirty cars
    High maintenance technicians

    Advice to Management

Treat your writers with respect, pay them ALL commission. Makes no sense to have your front office on hourly and your shop on commission. Deliver on your promises. Charlotte market has real turnover problems, and you don’t seem to care.

    Pros

Good corporate structure, companies values ensure quality workman ship and positive customer experience

    Cons

Corporate office doesnt always have reasonable expectations of employees. Office personnel are spread extremely thin.

    Advice to Management

Pay the deserving office staff more fairly and regional managers need to show more appreciation towards the people in the trenches getting the work done.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is my first job ever and I am grateful for the opportunity. I graduated from UTI and was trying to get a job in a body shop. I was having a difficult time, because I didn't have any experience. My friend told me about Caliber and how much he liked the new shop he was working at. I interviewed with the manager and she was very helpful and gave me a chance to get my foot in the door. I like my teammates, they all have a good attitude and a good shop atmosphere.

    Cons

I don't think the shop has any downsides.

    Advice to Management

keep giving people chances to get their foot in the door :)
