I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've found such a great attitude here, and a genuine commitment to taking care of customers and teammates. They really mean it when they say their purpose is to restore the rhythm of peoples' lives. They don't skimp on the latest equipment and the training needed to use it correctly. I've opened 4 locations so far this year and every one started with every tool n the list. And those locations have provided 50 new jobs and lots of promotions.

It all comes down to culture. I've worked for virtually all of the major players and have not found anything like this. In fact, what I found was lofty talk and unkept promises.

I am trusting the rest of my career to them.

    Cons

I don't find anything I'd call a "con," but growing at our current rate means we have growing pains. Those companies that don't have growing pains aren't growing.

    Advice to Management

Be Courageous and keep having fun.

I worked at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, benefits, long hours but if you're efficient, it's all good

    Cons

Training according to Caliber's manuel needs to be followed by Senior Managers, they have too many missteps

    Advice to Management

Ensure your senior managers are following your policies to the full extent would make a more successful business. They need more evaluations to ensure follow thru. Training camps are good.

Continuous growth opportunities, senior management respects and cares for all employees. Facilities are clean and well cared for. Customer and team member focused.

I worked at Caliber Collision full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Insurance from day 1, good 401k

    Cons

I heard great things about the company and decided to jump over when they entered the South Florida market. Turnover is insane! You won’t get a chance to remember anyone’s name, from the front desk to regional management. Do not work here if you have any experience in the industry, If you don’t drink the “koolaide” you will be pushed out.

    Advice to Management

What works in Texas might not work in Florida
