I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've found such a great attitude here, and a genuine commitment to taking care of customers and teammates. They really mean it when they say their purpose is to restore the rhythm of peoples' lives. They don't skimp on the latest equipment and the training needed to use it correctly. I've opened 4 locations so far this year and every one started with every tool n the list. And those locations have provided 50 new jobs and lots of promotions.

It all comes down to culture. I've worked for virtually all of the major players and have not found anything like this. In fact, what I found was lofty talk and unkept promises.

I am trusting the rest of my career to them.

    Cons

I don't find anything I'd call a "con," but growing at our current rate means we have growing pains. Those companies that don't have growing pains aren't growing.

    Advice to Management

Be Courageous and keep having fun.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Positive culture
    Family oriented
    Friendly staff
    Kept informed
    Opportunity for growth

    Cons

Lack of streamline training. ROM’s and RM’s lack to train staff properly.
    Long hours (7am-6pm) most days.

    Advice to Management

Need a better training standard for stand alone office administrators.

I worked at Caliber Collision full-time

    Pros

The popcorn is excellent. Great place for a new tech to start due to training.

    Cons

This company does not pay anywhere near what other local shops pay. I have been in this business for almost 30 years and I am very good at what I do. When our shop was supposedly set up my first paycheck was 1/3 of what i am making now. There is no communication from the company on how to set up a new shop. They promise the world and give nothing in return. If you have bills to pay go elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

If you want to retain talent and attract new talent, you have to pay more....not less.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time

    Pros

    Great culture
    Very open dialogue

    Cons

    Benefit packages are pretty expensive
Doesn't seem to be much room for growth for current employees in certain departments

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to those hard workers on your team, express to them that you are interested in helping them with opportunities for growth.

    Pros

I am very happy where I work. Caliber Collision makes sure all of our teammates are well taken care of and have everything they need to do their job effectively. I could not be happier to work for a company that cares about their teammates as much as Caliber does!! FIRE UP CC
