I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is my first job ever and I am grateful for the opportunity. I graduated from UTI and was trying to get a job in a body shop. I was having a difficult time, because I didn't have any experience. My friend told me about Caliber and how much he liked the new shop he was working at. I interviewed with the manager and she was very helpful and gave me a chance to get my foot in the door. I like my teammates, they all have a good attitude and a good shop atmosphere.

    Cons

I don't think the shop has any downsides.

    Advice to Management

keep giving people chances to get their foot in the door :)

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Personally, the leadership team and senior management support have been the biggest pros for me. I have grown so much, in my personal life and in my career endeavors, because of the many avenues Caliber has opened up for me. I also believe we also some of the best benefits around. We truly care about our teammates and don’t take them for granted. We appreciate each other and understand that every job we do requires a true team effort.

    Cons

None. But, I know the door is always open should I wish to speak with anyone from our leadership team.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for your ongoing support and guidance.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Caliber Collison has great benefits and the best learning opportunities.

    Cons

There can be high stress, but it's up to the individual to see their opportunities and try to alleviate that stress by asking for help.

    Advice to Management

Seeing a Center Manager that stresses Caliber Core Values is important, and will help the team stay on the same page in feeling appreciated.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Benefits from day one
    Vacation earning from day one

    Cons

They like to run shops rather thin. It’s not important for them to hire replacements when someone leaves or gets fired. Since it is a larger company I don’t feel you get noticed for hard work and going above and beyond. It’s just expected.

I worked at Caliber Collision full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hourly wage was okay but overtime is what was awesome.

    Cons

Management. Long hours and no time off, EVER.

    Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging everything and allow us to work independently.

I have been working at Caliber Collision full-time

    Pros

They have team building and enrichment activities every Friday which is good for morale within the corporate office. Management is approachable and eager to listen. The company as a whole foes a lot of giving back to the community. Whether it be feeding less fortunate families, assisting with hurricane recovery, or ensuring our veterans have jobs (Just to name a few).

    Cons

This is a job, not a career. There is little to no growth within the company. The promotions that do occur are very difficult to come by. Your responsibilities may increase but the pay rate will not.

    Advice to Management

    The pay is not competitive

I worked at Caliber Collision full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It’s a job. That’s about it

    Cons

    Terrible process
No money to be made as advisor unless 50k a year is your goal at 55 hours a week and high stress. Promise the world and deliver an acre.

    Advice to Management

Do what you say. Don’t put so much on the advisors and pay the minimum. Parts guys make no money either. Show your employees you give a damn about them. Compensation!!
