      Unorganized chaos. No communication on any level, and pay is too low.

      Pros

      The flexibility of hours is about the only pro to working for this company.

      Cons

      Pay level is at the lowest, hours of operation vary too much with the position in which you carry. They say room for movement, but when you’re hired into the company you are stuck in the position that you were hired for.
