      - Great atmosphere - Top quality instruments - Management truly care about creating a group that works together rather than individuals - Flexible working hours - Research lines is quite interesting - Pretty good amount of days off - Good long term compensation - Great Christmas gift <3

      - Kinda lost in the middle of nowhere (which I still find attractive to find an affordable place to live)
