      Pros

      The company is very flexible with your schedule so you can work and still get errands done during the day. They work with your schedule which is great since many company do not care about what you have to do during the day. Good support from the controllers.

      Cons

      First starting can be tough with training as well as picking up eCommerce if you haven't done it before. But once you get over the hump it gets better.
