      Pros

      The technical part of my job was very enjoyable. I found some good friends there.

      Cons

      The business is run so incredibly poorly. As an example, I pitched ideas for products to build, built them, and could never even get anyone in sales or product to want to pitch them. We also had absolutely no direction. I was laid off simply because my boss had a friend that he wanted to give my job to. The wife of one of the members of the c-suite is a direct report to that member. It's madness.

      Some people in team are nice

      Cons

      No real learning. No hikes. Too much confusion all the time. Company direction keeps changing and most employees are just guessing what is happening. Communication from leadership is not clear. Hard to trust decisions when there is no transparency and things change without proper explanation. Feels like people are expected to just adjust and keep working.
