      People are great to work with and being part of a growing company is exciting. Overall, there’s potential here if the company invests in the right areas.

      Cons

      Working in the accounting department has its pros and cons. The biggest challenge is that the ERP system is outdated, which makes certain tasks more time-consuming and frustrating than they need to be. Management could invest more in both systems and staffing to make workloads more manageable. Pay could be more competitive, and work-life balance leaves room for improvement, especially during busy periods.
