      Schedule was flexible and you could come into a day or night shift

      Cons

      They don't tell you the job is seasonable. There is plenty of work (actually "mandatory overtime) during the summer, but there is a slump throughout fall and winter right up until spring. That means you are limited to 4 hours a day and even unpaid days off.
