      Pros

      It is a good environment with great people that help you along the way. The company as a whole goes above and beyond for its customers and working together is how we are able to make that happen.

      Cons

      It is extremely face paced and you are sometimes forced outside of your comfort zone to learn quickly. It creates good work experience and teaches you how to work with many people at once and to multi-task as necessary.
