Pros

None that I can recall right now.

Cons

They don't treat their staff well which is why their turnover is so huge. Pay is really low and bonuses are a complete joke. You will never move up unless someone in top management really likes you.

Pros

The brand has potential to grow and take market share. Employees stick together to get the work done with little directive from above

Cons

huge turnover this year with new heads.. Lead to a mess in the direction of the brand. No support for employees, zero care how much time was put in before the take over, no promise of better days once management is settled

Promises made, rarely kept.

Pros

Regular 9-5 work hours for most office positions. Unfortunately, that's about where the pros stop.

Cons

Most of the people I enjoyed working alongside the past few years have left for better opportunities, and I can't blame them. The flagship boutique across from the office had an ENTIRE staff turnover of 12 people in 15 months from the Director on down. Everyone either quit or were let go for various reasons. SImilar situation happening in Corporate Office happening now. Promotions are non-existent and company continues to hire from outside to fill new opportunities despite well qualified individuals already within the company attempting to grow. Recent changes in upper management initially seemed promising but have since resorted to old tactics and policies of non-communication and empty promises.
