Events can be fun when they are not extremely stressful.

Cons

Almost everything. Pay far below industry standard. Overworked and long hours. Very poor management. Upper management does not care at employee wellbeing at all. Don't expect a promotion unless you are a "favorite". Also most people don't want one because the additional work is not worth the measly raise. There is zero respect for anyone and their workload.

Travel Casual dress Close to home Greg is a nice guy

Management plays favorites. Only people who are friends with the Directors, VPs, and Presidents get promoted. Lots of Upper Management promotions, while the people who do all the work basically get made fun of behind closed doors. No respect for boundaries or family life of their employees. President of one of the companies goes on vacation ever 6 weeks.

the travel is a nice touch

absolutely everything. this is all political. all the benefits and bonuses are for show unless you work in sales. they are so stuck in their ways and do not have the technology to adapt to the new world. I spent my entire time there using excel 2016 and no access to salesforce. management is too busy worrying about themselves. start your career in events somewhere else.
