Pros

This entire company as a whole no matter your location of work (CleanNet) is a regurgitated mess of poor tired leadership and recycled excuses i only put 5 stars so everyone can see it ! I strongly advise anyone considering this company no matter the location to think twice!!! The management is absolutely horrible disorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacking communication skills. There’s little to no real training, so new employees are often thrown into confusion with zero support and then blamed for mistakes that could’ve been avoided. The workplace culture is toxic and full of favoritism, gossip, and bullying that management either ignores or participates in. Good employees get fired for petty small reasons, while the same old tired senior citizen like bullies keep their spots and continue spreading negativity. The turnover rate is sky high, and it’s clear why there’s no structure! no accountability! and no respect.! They care more about appearances and quantity than quality or employee well being! If you’re looking for a stable, respectful environment with real leadership and training, look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache ! no amount of money is worth the chaos that comes with this company. Quit on them before they fire you ! Advice for Management: Leadership needs a complete reset. From Hr to Operations Start by providing proper training, enforcing professionalism, and addressing the toxic behavior that’s driven away so many employees. It’s time for certain long standing senior citizen staff to step aside if they can’t adapt to a modern, respectful workplace.

Cons

It’s amazing how a company can talk about professionalism yet demonstrate the exact opposite every single day. Leadership should start by micromanaging, gossiping, or hiding behind old seniority. The lack of structure, accountability, and basic communication is astonishing. Instead of clinging to outdated authority and power trips, try learning how to train, support, and inspire the people who keep the company running. Until that happens, CleanNet USA will continue losing good employees faster than it replaces them. A reset in attitude, organization, and emotional intelligence would do wonders here. Don’t think it won’t be you it definitely will get your 10 seconds pay and quit on them before they fire you!

Pros

I deal with awesome clients most of the time.

Unfortunately for the employees of CleanNet USA, we work for delusional leaders with lot of unrealistic expectations. They're also far from supportive. They almost neglect employees and ignore our

Pros

I cannot recall any positives from my experience here. I didn't have a good time. No one I knew did.

Cons

It's one of the worst and probably the most miserable places to work. The people in leadership are awfully unethical and unprofessional. They don't change with time, and their terrible-decision-making makes things stressful for employees. Avoiding their poor choices is not an option, as you have to live with them daily.
