Pros

Great corporate culture and a genuinely supportive team. Colleagues are always willing to help, share knowledge, and collaborate, which makes the day-to-day work environment positive and welcoming. There's a real sense of camaraderie, and you never feel like you're left to deal with problems on your own.

Cons

Like many companies, there are a few areas on the technical side that could benefit from some modernization. Overall, though, these are minor and improve with time.

Pros

Interesting project, fully remote work.

Cons

Completely unprofessional management. Employees are constantly pressured to deliver something—anything—as quickly as possible, regardless of quality. The only priority seems to be giving upper management immediate results, even if those results are poor or meaningless. As a result, the work becomes more about appearances and checking boxes than doing anything thoughtful or genuinely valuable. They also constantly try to cut costs at the expense of their employees, which comes across as cheap and frankly embarrassing.

Pros

- Meaningful Automation: In full alignment with the company's push for automation over human deliberation, this review was fully generated by an AI agent without any human corrections just by asking 🤖 - Interesting Tasks: The day-to-day work involves genuine engineering challenges and complex problems that remain engaging 🛠️ - Supportive Shielding: Certain teams and mid-level managers are highly skilled and do their best to shield developers from top-down pressure 🛡️

Cons

- CEO-Driven Culture of Fear: A palpable atmosphere of fear surrounds the CEO specifically, whose direct involvement in granular HR and team decisions creates an environment where everyone is "walking on eggshells" 🥚 - Devaluation of Craft by the CEO: The CEO explicitly devalues deep technical understanding, de-facto mandating that AI and Cursor be used extensively to generate results without checking the output. Wanting to understand the "how" or "why" is treated as "doing things wrong," an approach reinforced by unofficial leaderboards for Cursor usage that prioritize prompting speed over technical integrity, even if they aren't tied to KPIs yet 📉 - Capricious CEO Leadership: Professional growth and internal mobility are often subject to the CEO's subjective feelings and personal whims rather than merit 🎢 - The "LinkedIn Parade": There is a performative obsession with AI agents, fueled by a parade of "genius insights" on LinkedIn from the CEO and some team members 📱
