Plant manager kept hiring his family. They put them in charge but didn't know what they were doing. No one respected them, whole groups quit but plant manager just promoted his brother to manage the whole half of the plant. Plant manager kept having to hire more people than necessary just to make up for losing good workers, which means the company could be making more than what it does but their turning a blind eye. Quality has fallen off horribly. It's why I quit.

if you aren't family then you are only as valuable as the product you can push out the door. i was told that as long as the parts last the 5 year warranty then that was sufficient for the product.
