Pros
1. The Fast paced environment helped me to learn and grow faster. 2. Being part of a Small team gave me chance to try my hands and thoughts to various tasks and learning in short time. Team is friendly, supportive and collaborative. 3. Some days will be hectic and some days will be very calm with less to do .
Cons
As like any other start up environment, things and priorities change in short notice. Certain processes are still evolving.
