      Pros

      -Incredible work life balance - wonderful coworkers -fun department events -dynamic work environment - wide ranging industry - wide range of projects that develop your sense of marketing as this is a global company I would have never in a million years guessed I would be working for Cold Jet and now I can't imagine what my life would be like without the people in this company. Cold Jet found me through a recruiting agency and I was between them and another company. After my third interview I knew I would choose Cold Jet based on questions I was asked and the fact I could see my now superiors genuinely care about who they hire. If you have the qualifications to work for this company, I would do it! This place will bring you so many amazing opportunities!

      Pros

      Working at Cold Jet is rewarding and exciting. Since we provide solutions to over 40 industries, you are always learning something new. Leadership does an excellent job at identifying talent within the organization and making plans to promote growth within the company. I also really enjoy working at a global company and having the opportunity to meet colleagues from around the world and learn about their cultures. Lastly, Cold Jet does a great job of celebrating the company wins with various corporate parties and events.
