      Pros

      There are no pros anymore, not since the new CEO/CFO took over.

      Cons

      Everything. They have taken away benefits, lied to their employees, replacing them with people offshore. Lost quality of the product we built up and sold billions of dollars of GMV on, employees and shops are jumping ship.

      Pros

      You get to work remotely. Product is in a interesting market at the intersection of social media and e-commerce.

      Cons

      CEO has an obvious disdain for most people. The core strategy is chaotic and never followed for more than a few weeks at a time. Given that the leadership is fully beholden to Private Equity incentives, there are probably only 10-15 roles in the company that are truly safe and most of them start with a C.

      Laughable senior leadership

      Pros

      Decent compensation and benefits with premiums covered.

      Cons

      Was once great but new senior leadership is blinded by their own arrogance and has driven the company into the ground. They alienated and insulted their best customers. They alone are the single biggest factor for customer attrition for a business that was initially built on strong relationships with customers. They have no trust in employees and consistently display erratic and condescending behavior which creates a palpable fear that governs every aspect of the culture.
