Pros

A very impactful organisation that is doing a lot of great things and have influence in a lot of channels and avenues.

Cons

Disorganised and pivots a lot. A lot of the programmes and ideas change as the founder and executive team decide. It's quick to move which is good, but seems very unfocused

Pros

An amazing organisation if you want to grow quickly and gain more experience in a short amount of time than anywhere else!

Cons

Not great support for employees, tend to burn people out with over work and bad pay

Pros

The people keep you going - I’m not talking senior management or HR, I mean the brilliant people who work so hard and get very little (if any) thanks for it

Cons

Where do I start? HR are only there to serve the company / senior management, they don’t care about people who aren’t high up or influential. Senior members of staff get away with treating others badly time and time again with no repercussions So many people are unhappy in the business, they are tired, overworked and disrespected. One rule for one, another for someone else. Workload isn’t evenly split across team members, but lumped on one or two people and others get an easy ride. Nepotism is rife. The salary doesn’t reflect the workload or stresses. Lack of progression and direction for many roles. A ‘sweep it under the rug’ culture in regards to problems A facade of caring about staffs mental health but when it comes to actually addressing causes of stress they are ignored. Male directors who get others to do their work for them and don’t say please or thank you or show any respect. A leadership development company that don’t care about leadership development for all of their staff, just a select few. In a nutshell, avoid. It won’t change and there are plenty of other companies who will make you feel like a valued member of their team.
