Pros
The individuals are nice, instructor and campus director really care about the student, unfortunately , the president micromanagement them and doesn’t give them any power to run the campuses.
Cons
Leadership is a mess, constant turn over of presidents and directors every couple of years, no one in upper management have been there for more than 2 years. President and board of directors also micro manage and don’t let people who are good at their jobs take ownership and do what needs to be done to help the company. They also lack a solid plan on how to generate more lead prefer to focus mainly on donation instead to revamping the archaic infrastructure.
