      If you care about social work this is a great entry level job

      Toxic work environment: Management encourages silence over addressing disrespectful behavior from coworkers. Staff often treat clients with unnecessary rudeness and display clear biases, showing favoritism to select individuals. Reporting misconduct typically results in retaliation rather than resolution

      Great workplace, but awful benefits

      Pros

      Employer is flexible, managers are reasonable, work is meaningful. I truly enjoy my job.

      Cons

      The health insurance is awful, the pay is mediocre, the raises are not raises. I'm not sure if it's worth the financial stress to stay.
